The Details:
A Family-Forward Vision: We are building a space where families can disconnect from the noise and reconnect with each other in a way that you take home with you.
Flexibility: Use your credit for any available dates in our first year of opening (credits may be applied to any available dates before April 1, 2027) once our official booking calendar goes live. *Projected first calendar opening is May 1.
2-Night Minimum: To fully lean into the restful, life-changing experience The Tableview offers, we require a 2-night minimum for all stays. Check-in days are Monday, Wednesday, and Friday.
Redemption: Upon purchase, you will immediately receive your Digital Founding Guest Welcome Kit. This serves as your proof of purchase and your priority "ticket" to the property. We will reach out to you via email or and phone call to book your desired dates and customize your exclusive experience as soon as our calendar is ready to welcome its first guests.

Cancellation Policy
Cancellation Policy:
100% refund if canceled within 48 hours of booking, unless booking is made within 7 days of check-in.
Reservations made within 7 days of check-in are non-refundable.
Cancellations made after 48 hours of booking but at least 45 days before check-in: 50% of total reservation cost charged.
Cancellations made less than 45 days before check-in: full reservation cost charged.
Rescheduling allowed up to 45 days prior to check-in with a 10% rescheduling fee.

Please read the following BEFORE YOU BOOK, as we want you to be fully informed of our Policies and Provisions.
Pet Policy:
In order to guard the safety of guest children and resident livestock, we do not allow guest pets on the property.
Resident Animals:
There are animals living on the property surrounding guest cottages, including a dog, chickens, and ducks. They are contained so as to not bother guests, but you can enjoy their presence as you explore the trails and woods!
Non-Smoking:
We are a Smoke- and Vape-free property. Smoking and vaping is expressly prohibited in the cottages, where it can cause damage to property and harm to future guests, as well as around the property where it can pose a fire hazard.
Sleeps Eight:
Each cottage has a king sized bed in the master bedroom. Kid loft has two queen beds and 2 twin beds. Baby crib can be provided!
Baby Stuff:
Crib, Highchair, and Baby gate can be provided. Just let us know in the Notes section of your reservation!
Cancellation Policy:
